The Workplace Motivators assessment measures the ‘WHY’ of an individual’s actions, leading you to an understanding of what drives their behaviour. Attitudes and Values help to initiate one’s actions and are sometimes called the hidden motivators. The Workplace Motivators report measures the relative prominence of six basic attitudes, interests or motives. This can help a manager to discover more about the intrinsic motives of team members and so manage accordingly. Knowing what lights the sparks, can help to raise performance and consequently your business productivity.
